We do our best to display our products, colours and descriptions as accurately as possible. Actual colours may vary slightly depending on your screen. All products are subject to availability, and we may change or discontinue any product at any time.

4. Pricing and payment

All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors and to change prices at any time before you place an order. Payment must be received in full before your order is dispatched.

5. Orders

When you place an order, you'll receive a confirmation email acknowledging that we've received it. This does not mean your order has been accepted. A contract is formed only once we dispatch your order. We may refuse or cancel an order at our discretion, including where a product is out of stock or a pricing error has occurred; if we cancel, we'll refund any payment you've made in full.

7. Returns and refunds

Your rights to return items and receive a refund are set out in our Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Our massage devices are intended for general wellness and muscle relief only. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition. Always follow the instructions provided. If you are pregnant, have an injury, a medical condition, an implanted device, or any concern about whether the product is suitable for you, consult a qualified healthcare professional before use. Stop using the product and seek advice if you experience pain, discomfort or any adverse reaction. You use our products at your own risk.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to use our site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation or security, or to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it. We may suspend or restrict access if we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached.
