Shipping policy

We want your order with you as quickly as possible. Here's what to expect.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 working days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays are processed the next working day.

Delivery time

All orders are shipped from our UK warehouse. Most orders arrive within 2–5 working days once dispatched, fully tracked. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is on its way.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the option you choose.

Remote UK areas

Delivery to mainland UK and Northern Ireland is free. Delivery to the Channel Islands (Jersey and Guernsey) and the Isle of Man is charged at a flat £5.99. Some remote locations, such as the Scottish Highlands and Islands, may take a little longer to reach. Any additional cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking your order

Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow it every step of the way. If you haven't received tracking within 3 working days of ordering, please get in touch.

Delays

Very occasionally, delivery can be delayed by circumstances outside our control (for example courier disruption or extreme weather). If your order is taking longer than expected, contact us and we'll chase it up for you.

Wrong or incomplete address

Please double-check your delivery details at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address.
