REFUND & RETURNS POLICY
Your right to cancel (14 days)
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you may cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it. To cancel, email us at [your email] with your order number. You then have a further 14 days to return the item.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Return postage for change-of-mind returns is paid by the customer. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot refund items lost in return transit.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned item, or of you providing proof of return postage, whichever is earlier.
Faulty or damaged items
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a full refund within 30 days of delivery. Contact us at [your email] with your order number and a photo or video of the fault — we'll resolve it quickly with a replacement or full refund, and we cover return postage for faulty items.
How to start a return
